Customized jewellery is created specifically as per the customer’s approved design and specifications.
Once the design and order details are approved, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
An advance payment is mandatory to begin the customization process and is non-refundable.
Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges and extended delivery timelines.
Final pricing may vary based on gold rates, gemstone availability, or design modifications before approval.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on design complexity and craftsmanship.
Minor variations in weight, colour, finish, or stone appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery.
Customized jewellery is eligible only for repairs or resizing (if feasible), not for refunds or replacements.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
By placing a customized order, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
